What Is An Acceptable Amount Of Time To Wait For A Reply To My Support Ticket?

Question

The bulk of my question is in the title. I made an accidental purchase with platinum about 5 days ago (I won't elaborate but it was stupid) and almost immediately sent out a support ticket. There hasn't been any activity on my request aside from moving me into "---" from "Guides of the Lotus". How much longer should I wait without a reply or acknowledgement to my request to either submit a new ticket or did I use the wrong Support service in the first place?

Yes, you used wrong support category, it was moved for you , but really there's no answer to this apart from as long as it takes for them to reply.

There wasn't really an option for 'Accidental purchase' unfortunately but I gathered this was the case, thanks.

 

1-3 weeks usually, in my experience.  I think there are some thing's they prioritize but it's been unclear to me which those are.
