Mirage's Hall Of Malevolence

So I've been playing and I've noticed that instead of getting 5% and going up to 50% with each kill now I get 2% going up to 20% and at some random missions it goes up 5% is the mod broken or is something new for it...? I need some help because I want my mirage to get back to being good with her Hall of Mirrors again.

I also noticed this too at a certain mission, when I went to the testing room and tested it, it gave me 5% for a total of 50%.....it's weird but my guess is that it isn't a bug, something must be affecting it somehow

I'm carry nothing just everything that I always carry I was wondering if it was a nerf for the tonkor since I recently started having this problem when I got it
