I Got Double Charged For An Order

I was buying the 170 platinum pack earlier and it was stuck on the transaction page for too much time so I closed it. I tried buying it again and got it. About 15 minutes later I got the first purchase and I didn't want to buy two.

 

I submitted a ticket, but I'm wondering if they would refund it? I haven't used the plat

As long as you don't use the plat that you would like refunded and have submitted a ticket straight away (which you have done).

 

I don't see a reason why DE wouldn't be alright with refunding you, although you'll have to wait for support for the final answer.

Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, its going to be a while before support can get back to you, seeing as it is the holidays. But I'm pretty sure you can get a refund, just don't spend the plat that you didn't want to buy so you don't get a negative plat balance.

Safest bet is to wait for Support to respond and deduct the plat first before trying to use it.

Due to it being christmas i would expect at most 2 weeks at the least maybe a few days depends. DE are usually good at responding to Support Tickets quite quickly.
