So I Accidently Unistalled Warframe

I accidentally Unistalled it when I tried to pause the installation of the new update. It's downloading now but I just want to know if will everything I had before hand will still be there? Dumb question I know but Warframe is the only game I play most of the time & I'll feel really bummed if my saved data will be gone.

The only things that may be reset are your settings and gear slot selections, but nothing else besides that.
