Cannot Purchase Founder's Packages.....

So, I loaded 50 bucks onto my Steam Wallet, and hop on over to the website to upgrade to a Hunter.  I log in to my steam account when prompted, and when the "Authorize" button appears and I click it, the web page goes black and then does nothing.

 

For hours.

Nothing.

 

Doesn't work on any web browsers, nor does it work in game.

 

So what can I do? I already have a support ticket in with Steam about it, but could I get some help from DE's side as well?
I'm trying to avoid putting in yet ANOTHER ticket here, as I already have a support ticket in with DE for another reason that has yet to be answered for going on four days now.

Or am I just screwed?

It's most likely a problem with Steam, but I can't say for sure. The black page you see is a redirection page to the shopping cart with the founder pack. If you know how, you could check the black page's source code for the redirection link, but it's probably best to wait for support tickets to be replied to.
