We are the Tru Tennos clan and I am the leader (Warlord).  And we are looking for a person who may be interested in joining our clan to help train/teach my clan mates on RAIDS.  We currently are a Shadow clan with 28 members (max 30).  We already have a person teaching/training but I do not want to place ALL the burden on him.  I prefer someone who is great at communicating with others and most of all someone with PATIENCE.  If you feel you meet this criteria and are interested, I will tell you this I will not micro-manage this aspect of the clan.  You'll will have autonomy as long as it is not detrimental to the clan.  Also you will be promoted and have a captain under you and a squad under that captain.  You will be sharing clan leadership responsibilities as well with welcomed inputs as you see fit.  I hope to hear from you soon and contact me via Xbox live gamertag nittymaster, thanks
