if you want to run firequake and have high power strenght i don't think you have much choice besides something like this

http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Ember_prime/t_30_0222040030_4-6-5-5-0-5-6-1-5-12-4-5-34-8-5-46-5-5-411-3-10-479-2-10-521-7-3-615-9-5_5-9-6-6-479-7-411-8-12-11-46-6-4-9-521-9-34-14-615-9_11/en/1-0-4

it's not too energy intensive but still you'd want some external means of energy regen ideally with that build and you shouldn't have much problems melting everything with accelerant, thought a build like this (http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Ember_prime/t_30_0322040030_4-6-5-6-4-5-13-1-3-34-8-5-46-5-5-55-0-5-411-2-10-479-3-10-521-7-3-615-9-5_55-11-13-7-411-8-479-7-6-11-46-6-4-9-521-9-34-14-615-9_11/en/1-0-4) is much better for endgame content in my opinion since having more efficiency and duration allows you to spam accelerate for the stun and with a 2.09/s energy cost there isn't much chance that WoF will run out.

Running Overextended on Ember is such a very bad idea. Too big a hit to Str honestly. Better off Running Stretch and Cunning Drift which will give a range of about 160% which is plenty.

O'Rly? :) Overextended on ember is best idea ever. Strength hit is irrelevant since you lose tiny bit and you increase your AoE to 300% of stretch ember. Yes, it is three times as big AoE, calculate it if you don't believe me, and yes, it can be seen as 300% damage increase. Mobs die in massive area around you even before you see them. Accelerant stunns massive fienld as well. Max range ember is most efficient killer in this game, I always get 2/3 of kills to stretch ember in any random missions. Please test things before you give opinion.
