xc75 Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 my game usually don't have any issue but after today's hotfix my game just can't play for more than 10 mins. and it'll minimize and go to desktop. i can still hear the sound background and type,move,etc but can't get the game back on. this make me so frustrated. is there anyway i can solve this problem? michaelrunyon Posted January 18, 2016 Share Posted January 18, 2016 It sounds like what is actually happening here is that your graphics driver is crashing; then, when it attempts to recover, that recovery fails. This is an ongoing issue for many people in this particular game. You can try the obvious fixes, such doing a clean installation of the graphics driver from the manufactures website, verifying and optimizing the game installation (this is done from the settings menu in the launcher), and scanning your PC for malware or viruses. Unfortunately, this will probably not fix your issue, but should be completed none the less. Once it is, and you have confirmed the issue is still happening, I would suggest opening a support ticket with DE's development team, so they can investigate the matter further.
