Loss Of Platinum?

Hi all, I've been playing warframe on Xbox for a while and have never had an issue. However, a few days back I purchased some platinum, I logged off with around 200 platinum left. I logged back on the next day to find I have only 20 platinum. I've submitted a ticket but the wait is unbearable. any ideas on why this happened?

Do you conduct a lot of trades? There is the over-arching possibility that a player traded you 'bad Platinum' or Platinum that had been obtained through illegitimate means, or not properly paid for.

 

When this occurs, the 'bad Platinum' is recalled from all accounts it had ended up in.

 

Otherwise, there should be no reason Platinum disappeared from your account. Support should be able to look into it.

I don't really trade much, only if I really need something. So I don't think that is the reason
