I submit a request of cannot trade 14 days ago, and check it every day. It has been 2 weeks and I never got any feedback of my request. I just wanna to know is there anyone could help me?

Yes, Support takes a look at tickets submitted by users from all platforms. 

The general wait time for a Support ticket is 5 days to 2 weeks. If it takes much longer than that to receive a response, you can update the ticket to let Support know the issue is still persisting, but please do not continually update the ticket, as it may slow down the response time overall.
