MR rank does matter but not mandatory, if you're a leader then your a leader and if you like the challenge of making everything click then this position is for u. Leader responsibility's would include getting clan mates to squad up, help organize clan events and help out lower level clan mates when u can. Right now I'm always running with clan mates, but there's other clan members who ask for help with other things that I don't have enough time for.
