I Am Not Getting Any Reply From De For Past 4 Weeks In Support.

Question

my email server is permanately offline. and cannot get Two-Factor Authentication code. the mail server was jupimail.com. DE asked me question and i replied but after that it has been 4 weeks. no reply came from support. plz need help. my windows is bad condition if i set up i cannot log in to my account anymore because of the mailserver is down . Any DE plz help me. a

Please be patient and wait for support to get back to you.

 

Since it has been 4 weeks, you can update your ticket.

 

 

Submit another support ticket discussing the lack of reply and your issue being unresolved. I'm sure they'll understand.

 

Please do not submit more than one ticket on the same issue, all it does is increase supports workload and will not get an answer any faster.
