Crash Before Claiming Login Bonus

My gpu decided to die obviously when an event is starting. Not only that but when i tryed to get my 50th login bonus, i couldn't click on claim. Now after restarting the game or pc, i tryed to login again but it didn't show me the booster (i didnt get the rewards) nor did it allow me to claim the login reward. Am i screwed and can't get the login reward anymore and will get the 51st one tomorrow? Or will it restart tomorrow for the 50th? I'd like to know that before i send in a ticket.

Same thing just happened to me.... This has to be fixed. Log in, 50th reward... Game crashes and now it's gone, and it did not claim.

Place a ticket.

1. Include the day and time, on when the crash happened (best you can).

2. Describe what you were doing at the time of the crash.

3. Describe the type of crash. Were you kicked to the login screen? Or, were you kicked completely out of the game?

4. Platform type.

Support is still under a, heavy load, so expect a wait time between 1 to 2 weeks (not including weekends).
