Europa Is Missing?

I'm pretty new to this game even though I participated back in the closed beta days when the game first was available years ago. I don't know if I was even supposed to have europa unlocked. I was playing a few missions on it then next time I went to play the game I no longer see europa. I had assumed if you see a planet listed and start playing missions then it's available to play anytime. I could be wrong and not understand how the game works

Beat the Phobos boss to unlock Europa.  If you don't have Phobos, beat the Saturn boss to get it.

You may have been taxied to it to play the missions.

Beat the Phobos boss to unlock Europa.  If you don't have Phobos, beat the Saturn boss to get it.
