Warframe Crashing My Pc

As the title says I can usually run a few missions but Warframe will eventually crash. Its the type of crash that wont let me alt-tab, alt-f4, nothing but a hard reset works. I've verified the cache and optimized the game multiple times through the launcher and disabled directx 10 after hearing that helped some people but no luck from any of it. Any Ideas?

specs: Win 10, GTX970, I7-4930k(overclocked to 4.5 stable on all 6), 32gb ram, all latest drivers.

The other standard/obvious steps:

* Stop overclocking, and see if the problem goes away

* Reinstall all drivers (even though you are already on the latest)

* Run one of the burn in tests to see if you can replicate the problem out of game (CPU & GPU)

 

In the case of one of my machines, I ended up having to underclock my graphics card to get stability.

Tried windowed mode to see if you can notice anything else happen right before the freeze?
