How Do You Find The Topics You're Following?

I followed a topic that was I think from the fan concept or fan art section and it had these really awesome concepts about deluxe skins for other frames like mesa,banshee,volt,and nova.Problem is that I can't find it anymore.I'm sure I followed it, but I can't find a section or page in places like my profile that shows my followed topics.I haven't received notifications from my profile.Is there a way I can find this topic?
