Problems Of Performance.

Hello everyone i play a bit of a Warframe from another pc and I never Had Problems . but when i got the hp the problem is always Presents The LAG.i can not play, everything is slow even the mouse !! I tried everything from The Visual Effects To the maximum to the minimum. from directx 9 to DirectX 11 Until reinstalling the drivers but nothing...the lag continues. That part 1 to 3 fps but this point you're wondering the PC Specifications ..

The HP:

Intel i3 370m 2 2.4 GHz 4-core CPU - HD Graphics graphics card

 

4 GB of RAM

 

ATI Mobility HD 5470 DX11 readon pixel shader 5.0

 

The other pc :

AMD Phenom tri - core 2 GHz - no graphics card included in the processor

 

4Gb Ram

 

Ati mobility readon hd 5650 dx11 pixel shader 5.0

 

On the 2nd pc the game goes extremely fluid in any way !! but instead on HP lags to do crap !! but if I use the intel of processor ( intel hd graphics a lot bad than dedicated ) the game does not lags .
