Question About Ore Gaze

I put gaze on my atlas out of curiosity, does the 50% loot drop work when they petrify or when they are broken petrified. I can't tell the difference either way if it works well enough to keep it on.

If it drops on the death of the enemy the mod is impractical since petrify occupies atlas' hands

I guess petrified enemies drop more loot when killed. Well you can always cast Petrify, petrify a bunch of enemies and shatter them into smithereens using Landslide. It might be troublesome. I suppose it could become much smoother if you can cast Landslide while in the midst of casting Petrify for QoL.

I think it is when you crack down a petrified target.

I speak from a test run with friends, we combined and Atlas to multiply our drops, and it honestly was a loot fest, killing ennemis was lying two ressources half the time and then we had a desecrate.
