Looking For A New Clan After 2 Years

so ive been part of a clan for around 2 years now and we have pretty much everything researched, which considering it's only 4 of us isn't to bad I'd say. However the last few days some stuff has been said that's made me consider leaving this clan for a more community driven clan. I'm putting this message up in the hopes I can find a clan who has full research or at least somewhere close to full research, and ambitions to deploy solar rails etc.

I am one of those players who happily escorts new people around and helps out as much as I can with research and stuff like that. I'm MR 17 with all frames , play the game every day and more then willing to contribute in a big way if possible.

If anyone has a spot in a clan out there send me a xb1 message to MidnightBarber1 just saying it's about a clan and we can go from there?

As I am at work currently I am unable to leave you a message via xbox. So I will leave you a message here. If you are interested we would like to have you at Lock N Load. Our dojo is fully researched and we already have solar rails deployed and have plans to deploy more once the armistice is lifted. Our clan is structured quite differently from your previous clan due to our size. If you are still looking for a smaller community of players than we may not be a good fit for you. However if you are looking for a larger community of players and want to give that a try I'd like to invite you to Lock N Load of course at your acceptance.

We have a very basic ranking system to keep it simple for new starters and those willing to push up the ranks.

Tier 7: Leader rank. To even be considered to be put up to T7 you must first prove yourself through all of the other Tiers. So far we have 3 warlords!

Tier 6: Trainer rank. To know what it is to help others is one thing, but to be willing to drop your needs for others is what really makes a T6 stand out.

Tier 5: A helpful yet level headed person can fill this role nicely.

Tier 4: To be a skilled asset and a very good recruiter is required for this role, being kind is one thing, but being able is a necessity.

 

Tier 3: You can be trusted in solo missions or just to take people through basic missions. Recruiting can also get you to here.

Tier 2: T2s can be expected to conduct them self in a manner that does not go against clan/alliance rules or put others at a disadvantage and are self sufficient.

Tier 1: This is where you start being civil is how to keep to a minimum of a T1.

Tier 0: Not to be trusted, T0 is used as a disciplinary rank. They cannot do anything until they prove themselves to be a valuable asset or that they'll be civil.
