Strange Warframe Crashes

This happened last night and also this morning when playing Warframe. Just to note, I was running a AMD Radeon HD6450, but due to a friends suggestion, I swapped out to the R7 GPU on my AMD A8-7600 processors (which improved performance a lot!)

 

As I was playing, the display suddenly closed, then reset, but warframe was still running, I just couldn't see it. I still had an icon on my taskbar and could hear the sound effects, yet when I clicked the icon to open it, I saw no display, and even my mouse vanished.

 

This has never happened before until the latest hotfix went through, and was doing fine last night until late evening when it first happened. I'm hoping this is just a bug and not something a bit more daunting.
