(XBOX)Krayzie Bone300 Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 Plz someone help me out I have tried everything, I restarted my xbox, factory reset it,I have also u installed my game and reinstalled it. My chat says it's loading and none of the tabs are loading, and won't let me communicate with anyone. Also all my friends within game say I show offline.I made sure I'm not playing solo , I'm in a public match making, yet everyone still sees me offline. How am I supposed to run my clan if I can't communicate with them.plz someone help me I've tried getting help from many parts, I'm not the only one with this problem and it's really frustrating , plz help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please follow this link and use the ports : http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live If you need help setting up these ports please use : http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Xbox_One/ If you're unsure what portforwarding is/does, please read this first to gain an understanding : http://portforward.com/help/pfprogression.htm You could go to DE support and submit a ticket, however as it seems your online status is also having issues, they will direct you the same way.
