Revived Player Dies Anyway - Possible Host/client/lag Issue

I don't know if it's my slow internet responsible, but on occasion I will revive a downed player only to see them die a few seconds later. On my screen, the revive counter reaches 100 and the player gets up with the message "Player was revived." But apparently something got lost in communication because on their screen, they never reach 100% and end up bleeding out. I can't reproduce this bug reliably, but it seems to happen more often when I release the action button right when the revive timer hits 100%. I have started holding X for about 2-3 seconds after I get the message and have not had this error happen since. I apologize to anyone who's fallen victim to this issue.
