i would like to know if blood rush and body account are already available in ps4 version of warframe?

if not could you suggest a similar mod?

They are not currently available on the PS4 version of Warframe, they will come with your next update that will bring the event that has them.

They're suppose to be available for PS4 through the Shadow Debt event (which I believe is coming soon for both consoles).

We don't have any mods similar to what they do, since they're new and the old ones don't come close to what they do.
