Oppai_Defender Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 (edited) So I recall the devs saying that they added a special loading screen "glitch" thing before the Second Dream was released that hinted toward the cinematic quest. I just got something similar and I'm curious if this is just leftovers from then. (This is more-or-less for 'mission' loading screens I guess.)
