Holding up items at Maroo's

I've searched and couldnt find the answer to my question so here is goes. I go to the bizaar and I see people holding up mods and stuff in the air like advertising for trades. How do I do that?

To Initiate Trading, press Q(open your consumables menu) then Enable Vendor Mode. Select the items to trade and the purchasing party can than purchase the item from you.

Alright well how do you do that on PS4 because I could find vendor mode anywhere.

Press the same key/button you use to open your Gear/Emotes menu. Buttons should be LS And RS (Joystick buttons)

Clarified information.

Press the left down directional button, then triangle, then wonder why it looks like you're hailing a cab.

EDIT: I always get placing markers and using gear mixed up, whoops.

Down on the directional buttons pad, The menu where gear and emotes are. You will notice triangle for "Enable vendor mode". Press triangle and it will bring you to a menu to offer your items.
