So power strength affects hysteria but does it stack with steel charge? Will I lose hysteria strength of I choose corrosive projection instead of steel charge so that she will be a little more balanced?

To add to this slightly, you'll also want to mod for Duration to decrease your range as Hysteria's damage at the end is based on an enemy being in a certain range of Valkyr.  With maxed Narrow minded dropping out of Hysteria becomes almost a non-issue entirely since the range will be dropped so much.
