Does prime access cycle

As the title says I want to know if prime access ever comes back, specifically the accessory packs.

I have only just started playing and would like to be able to get the cosmetics from past prime accessory packs. Have any prime packs ever been repeated? If not do you think they ever will be?

No, only new primes are available in prime access and an occasional vaulted prime access. Besides that they do not rotate previous primed accesses for as far as I'm concerned

They don't cycle as Prime Access, but they will briefly come back as Prime Vaults, so you'll be able to buy previous content again that way.

While it is technically possible for them to recycle old prime access accessories into the new ones it will almost certainly never happen however Frost's brief unvaulting had the accessories from Ember's old PA so they could end up being recycled that way although I'm not too sure how much of a thing the Vault will be with Starchart 3.0 on the way.
