Question about orthos (prime) stance mods.

I have Shimmering blight and Bleeding willow stance mods that I can put on orthos prime. The polarity for the slot matches up with shimmering blight but not for bleeding willow.

Is it worth using a forma to change the polarity to put on bleeding willow instead of shimmering blight? I know they differ in rarity but I honestly have no idea what a stance mod actually does and if one is worth choosing over the other.

It gives you details like the damage multiplier and procs of certain hits in the combo. There are stances that people say are just better because of multipliers and such, but I say either choose what you feel is a better stance or look up the details in the wiki and make a choice based on that.
