Trade and Recruting chat problem

So, after patch 18 ( i think ), i have an issue with chat, i cant see anyone there, sometime 2 or 3 guys show up, type something and thats about it, its like im on my own server where no one plays, how to fix it cause i want to find somone to go for vault and void runs same as buy some stuff in trade chat.

No, on the right, there is list of people in the chat, and ussually there is 2 or 3 of us. Few of my friends got same problem, we are from Latvia, so i was thinking maybe they added some sort of region chat, and almost no one plays in Latvia?

same problems here, trade, recruiting, region chats are dead to me 1 up to 5 players at the rare times in trade or recruiting chats, no one to trade with or go recruiting to some void or other stuff to farm, warframe looks dead, bicoze chats are dead to me im realy starting to loose interest in plaing warframe anymore after a long time, it looks broken like it never did

my chat is loading all time and nothing appears... please DE, i have this problem since machete event... help me !
