how to Message a (PS4) player

Hi guys.. i was just wondering on how to Message or Private Message a PS4 Player.. cuz they have a (PS4) on their name.. Example (PS4)Xzodia... and when i type /w (PS4)Xzodia<Message> its says Given username does not exist... Anyone Know How?.. Thnx in advance

Do you mean in game? If so, that can't be done as there is no cross platform communication. The only way to message a PS4 player would be here through the forums or through PSN.
