I also get an error: cant open, warframe is already running, dialog box just before the login screen. Im on steam btw. Possibly get a new Mouse, I had the same issue, replaced the mouse, no longer get the message... It kinda double clicks when you press "Play" Not sure if that helps you, but yeah, possible solution. As for the long login time, I get very little/ no data traffic when logging in for the first few seconds... dunno if that is maybe ISP related?
