My Progress, GONE!!

I don't know what happened, but last night I was playing a survival mission (believe it was Cupid, Uranus), and got all the equipped weapons I had nearly maxed out as well as the frame I was using. I logged backed in this morning, and all that progress that was made was gone. Everything was back to the levels before I played that survival mission last night. Did this only happen to me, or did something happen to all players last night?

I only encountered lost progress, when the game crashed during a mission or when the connection broke off. I never saw that after a regular logout without any obvious, immediate problem. And yeah... support might be the right address.
