Incubator is not working, does not allow me to open it.

I have kubrow, and I tries to open my Incubator to mange my kubrow, but whenever I open the incubator, the incubator close by itself without any reason. I even tried to open it on a differnt computer but it still when I open the incubator, it close by itself. 

I wanted to inject my kubrow with DNA stabilizer or put Kubrow in stasis but I cannot because I cannot open the incubator. Now, I am just waiting for the Kubrow to die.

I do not know what I can I do to fix this problem, Please Help me.

You'll want to go to the support desk and open a ticket to get the issue with your incubator sorted out.
