Archwing problem

I got the the quest for the Archwing (Odonata) got the blue print and parts and started to build it yesterday... Today I logged in with the new "Dex items" And I got the Archwing but it says I still need to build it in the foundry (after claiming it)... I looked in my inventory and it is in fact there but I cant do any quests because "you need to build an Archwing in the foundry"

Is the Odonata in your arsenal? like, can you equip it in arsenal's archwing mode?

I ended up relogging and then playing a mission and I got it... I don't know how it happened...

Then the game probably didn't update correctly. Relogging and finishing a mission are some ways to make the game update your progress, since it's saved on the servers
