Try the following:

1) Open your Start Menu.

2) If you are using Windows XP, select ‘Run,’ and type in %TEMP% then hit Enter.  If you are using Windows Vista/7, click in the Search bar above the Start button and type %TEMP% then hit Enter. If you use windows 10, go to search and do the same as for 7.

3) Select all files in the Temp folder and delete them.  If any files will not delete, just choose ‘Skip’ or ‘Okay.’

4) Restart your computer.

5) After your computer has restarted, repeat steps 1 – 3.

6) You should now be able to install warframe without error.

This might work, I'll make sure to check this thread frequently, so just say if it works or not.

heres something you could try. its from a forum post in 2014 that had the same issue   When you download the installer from the offical website - you downloaded .msi file. So you cannot run the .msi as administrator. But launcher.exe is there inside that .msi file, so you can extract launcher.exe and run it as administrator.

dont know if installer is still the same but could try that. If you've uninstalled Warframe and are reinstalling it run something like Ccleaner make sure there was no files left over the try again.

If its giving the message Internal Error 2753, theres a fix on the windows forums for it. Do Start, cmd (run as admin), type in regsvr32 vbscript.dll hit enter and you should get message pop up saying succeeded.
