Should I forma my Normal Quanta?

AND, I don't have any mutalist quanta / quanta vandal. 

 

If you know where to get this monsters. Tell me plss. But I don't think I can't have them YET.

The Mutalist Quanta can be obtained from the Bio Lab in a clan's Dojo. The Quanta Vandal can be bought off of Baro Ki'teer right now, on Pluto's relay.

If I were you I'd get the Quanta Vandal right now, since it's a direct upgrade with better stats. As for the Mutalist Quanta, it has a different concept compared to its original counterpart.

Mutalyst quanta is very different from normal quanta, it's just a different gun.

Quanta Vandal is much better than normal quanta, and you should get it now and upgrade it instead.
