Will this obsidian skin make a return because its arguably one of the best and will it be available for every warframe? TY. Please redirect my request/question to the appropriate forum. Long answer: Renown Pack III returned back in August, and I believe there was once a bundle of two or three past packs at one point, so it's possible it might come back again.
