Problem Getting Level Up

Hey,

I arrived with my player to level 4 (Mastery Level)

And continued until it reached the semi then it hangs there. It does not continue up

I do not know what to do with it

You only get mastery level EXP for ranking up new weapons and warframes. Reranking either of these after polarizing them with Forma does not count for mastery EXP.

So you mean I have to move up a level weapons or player

Only then it will continue to level up?

Yes, you have to keep getting different weapons and warframes after your current ones reach Rank 30 to continue leveling your mastery rank. This is why it is good to save Platinum for buying extra slots.
