A Left arrow and a Right arrow. IN the middle, they put RIOT This means, once you press Right arrow, it will bring you to a post a Riot employee has posted. This makes browsing popular topics for high quality and suggestive Topics more engaging for the people that only want to see what the Devs/Admins say about it.
