Questions about Ivara and Razer Macros

So I've been wondering about this but I'd rather ask first before making sure and asking again and then doing something.

I've noticed that it's possible to Bullet Jump with Ivara while in Prowl and not stop the ability so you stay invisible but you have to time it perfectly otherwise Prowl will stop.

Now Ivara is my personal favorite stealth frame (also awaiting the bow buff) so I'd prefer to use her but I can't always do the bullet jump perfectly while in prowl which would be useful so the questions are: her being able to bullet jump and stay in Prowl is a bug or is it intended AND since I use a Razer Naga can I set up a macro to perfectly do bullet jump while using Prowl? Since there's no other use (to my knowledge) this kind of bullet jumping wouldn't benefit me other than some neat escapes and probably a faster (but probably not loki/ash speed) Prowling Ivara.
