StrifeMk.7 Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) After the update that brought Oberon's skin the Rakta Cernos changes its look to Cernos when you equip a custom arrow. 2 or 3 Hotfixes later and it still happens.
