Need help with renovating dojo

So I put my labs and trading posts/treasury in the clan grand hall then built a clan grandest hall and want to know if I delete and rebuild my labs and treasury/trading post in there do i lose my progress in my labs and the money in my treasury cause there is over 4mil in there

I know from experience that the money and completed research will be fine, I don't know about pending research.

All the credits, forma, and resources you use will be stored in the dojo's vault (even if you did not build it.).
