Immortal Kela Bug + Orbital strike not stopping.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but me and some other guys were fighting Kela De Thaym. We got through the first state onto her arena and were mowed down by the Orbital strikes.
I already knew what to do since this was my second run. We stepped on the pads and shot the spinning plates and all. BUT!! When we finished destroying those green lights on those walls and all the pads weren't glowing, we try to kill Kela.
BUT SHE ISN'T RECEIVING ANY DAMAGE!! We already did the steps to stop the Orbital strikes from happening again AND THEY STILL ARE!!

So me and my squad had to abort mission because we were getting nowhere with Kela. She isn't taking damage and the Orbitals strikes keep coming, Even though the pads aren't glow When and before it announces the Orbital strike.
 

PADS AREN'T GLOWING, THE ORBITAL STRIKE COUNT DOWN IS STILL GOING AND KELA DOESN'T DIE
