Strategic Execution & Melee Focus Gain

So I just recently started to gain focus for Naramon & I was going to increase Strategic Execution. It increases affinity from melee kills which increase focus points from melee right? Is the increase noticeable after activating Naramon focus or would I be wasting my time investing that? Also does this also effect melee ults such as Ash bladestorm?

It does have a small but noticable effect on focus gained from melee kills, if you have a greater lens on you melee and your warframe (different schools) you will see that with only melee kills you will gain more focus for the school matching the lens on your melee weapon.

Is it worth it?... not really. You're better off ranking naramons other two passives first. (unless you're farming focus with stealth melee kills, then the gain gets quite big)

 

I don't know about bladestorm working with it, I think that counts more as a warframe kill than as a melee kill.
