Farming dye drops (Ballista)?

Good afternoon.

I'm currently farming mobs, in order to unlock dyes for our Dojo decor. 

As it stands, I'm having an awful time farming the Grineer Ballista mobs. Earth, and survival missions in general, produce a handful. Even with boosters, the drop rate for their dye is pretty dismal.

Suggestions, please. Thank you.

I meet a good mount of them on Mercury survs about 10 - 15 min in, as well as Saturn, because it's higher level
