ZIGS
So mods were reworked in a hotfix and now display the bonuses differently. A freeze mod that adds 5.5% now says it increases damage to 1.7. I take it this now means real damage right? So if a mod says it gives 2 damage, it's actually 2 points of damage in-game right? Ok assuming that's correct, why do the mods for rifles give a lower bonus than pistol and melee bonus? For examle, that 5.5% freeze damage mod for pistol adds 1.7, a 8% freeze mod for melee adds 2.8 and yet, a 5.7% freeze mod for the gorgon only adds 0.6? All mods for rifles give a much lower bonus. Is this intended?
Zalucard
They take the damage of the weapon you are modding and adding the % of that damage into the "element" damage. For example, I use Snipetron which has 100 base damage and then I add an 5% elemental mod which will give me an extra elemental damage of 5 because 5% of 100 is 5. If I'm wrong please correct my mistake.
