Achievements (Steam).

Hello! I was wondering: is there a bug with the achievements or something? I have a lot of achievements that I've clearly accomplished but aren't unlocked, like these two: 
-No Longer a Rookie
Reach Rank 2 with any Warframe.
-Practice Makes Perfect
Reach Rank 2 with any weapon.
(I have several weapons and frames that have passed rank 2).

Was wondering if I'm the only one with this problem or it's a common bug. Thanks for reading!

I have the achievement earned by becoming MR 20, but I still do not own a single frame that is over level 1. It is just a thing that happens. It happens to everyone and bugs me just a little bit (lies I am in agony)

Oh damn. I like to complete achievements, so it's annoying me so much ;_;

My achievements work just fine...that's odd. Do you ever play Warframe with Steam in offline mode? That might affect it.
