I thought it was a rare mod cause it drops from dark sector missions.

Ehh, it might be, all mods are rare when you havent got one. But once you do, suddenly they drop like mana from heaven... I purchased a High noon and Vulpine mask, the same day I purchased each was the same day it dropped from a mission.
