Problem With Stealth

One of the problems with stealth right now is if you melee an enemy and they don't die on the first hit and you immediately hit them again to kill them without them making a sound or even getting a shot off, all the nearby enemies are alerted to you anyways. Things like this makes stealth runs extremely difficult as the AI behavior for becoming alert is really inconsistent.

Even double exp isn't enough because you don't get many enemies, not to mention slower. Should be around 10x exp to make it worthwhile exp-wise.

 

And stealth kills seem to simply do charged damage ironically making heavy weapons the best choice.
