Best build for Saryn and Atlas

I just got these two warframes and have been trying to find the best builds for them because they are each unique in there own way, any help will be appreciated

This is the build I use. It's energy hungry but it kills just about anything with little effort

For Spore Turret Saryn, you can use Crimsons built.

If melee is your thing then you want more duration.

For Atlas, Reducing cost is a major major plus. If memory serves, one of the most effective builds I used was petrify and rumblers with (near) maximized efficiency and duration mods to bump it back up to 100%. Also range. Range increases the size of the AoE from your 1, increases 3's range, which being a cone, is excellent. Both of these are bread and butter. Get a melee weapon and pop mods on it that increase impact and overall damage as Atlas' 1 benefits from melee mods, IIRC.
